We’d also like to remind you of some important information regarding the upcoming Owners Corporation fee due date to ensure our community continues to thrive.

Club Alamora - Grand Opening!



 

📅 Date: Saturday, 17th May 2025

🕤 Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📍 Location: Club Alamora, 2 Resort Boulevard, Tarneit VIC 3029

 

The highly anticipated Club Alamora in Tarneit is opening very soon and we'd love you to come along and help us celebrate with an exclusive preview event at this exciting new community hub. 

 

This $14 million resident club features state-of-the-art facilities including a fully equipped gym, swimming and resort-style pools, pickleball courts, function areas, family rooms and Tarneit's newest coffee spot, Cafe Alamora.

Owners Corporation Fees – Reminder


We would like to remind all members that the Owners Corporation (OC) fees for the period 1st April to 30th June 2025 are due on 1st May 2025.

 

If you have not received your OC fee notice, please contact our office as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to provide you with a copy and confirm your mailing address to ensure you receive all future notices without delay.

Your fees play a vital role in ensuring the success of the Club, both before and after the doors open. From setting up essential infrastructure and technology to keeping the lights on, paying staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment, your contribution allows us to provide a high-quality experience for everyone who steps through the doors.
