Club Alamora BBQ Facilities

There are 2 BBQs for your use at Club Alamora.

 

HOURS:
Monday to Friday: 7.00 am to 10:00 pm

Weekends & Public Holidays: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

 

BBQ FACILITIES RULES OF USE:

  • Members must ensure to book the BBQ area prior to using;
  • Members are permitted to bring a maximum of one (1) guest (per lot);
  • Maximum number of people using the BBQ facility is 6 (including guests);
  • Residents' guest(s) must be accompanied by a Member at all times and guest(s) are limited to the BBQ area and MUST NOT use the aquatic facilities;
  • Members are not permitted to access these amenities outside of the designated hours of use;
  • An adult must supervise children under the age of 16 at all times;
  • The BBQ amenities area is intended for use by members;
  • Members accept full responsibility for their use of the BBQ amenities;
  • Members must ensure they are fully aware of the amenities and their rules of use;
  • No Food or Drinks are allowed in the pools or splash pad;
  • Members MUST clean the BBQs after use. A cleaning charge applies if BBQs are not cleaned after use;
  • Please observe all signage and note the following rules apply to the BBQ area;
    • No alcohol.
    • No smoking or vaping.
    • No glassware.
  • For reasons of health and safety, members must adhere strictly to the following;
    • All residents must keep the area tidy and free of rubbish. Use rubbish bins provided.
    • No sound amplification equipment is to be used.
    • BBQ must be cleaned after use;
    • Offensive behaviour or language will not be tolerated;
    • Excessive noise and mistreatment of the BBQ area will not be tolerated;
    • Any member in breach of these rules will be asked to vacate the amenities immediately;
    • Access to Club Alamora may be withdrawn if Members fail to comply with the above rules of use;
  • All users of Club Alamora do so at their own risk.
