Keep Your Details Up to Date with the Owners Corporation

To ensure smooth communication and effective management within our community, we encourage all lot owners to review and update their contact information with the Owners Corporation. Accurate details help us keep you informed about important notices, maintenance updates, meetings, and any matters that may affect your property.

To update your information such as mailing address, phone number, email address and property manager's details, along with your preference to receive notices and correspondence via email or post, simply click on the link below so we can stay connected:

If your property is handled by a property manager, you may also add their information via the link above. The preference to have your notices and correspondence sent out to your property manager can also be updated in the link.

If your property is tenanted, you may send a copy of your Tenancy Agreement to

alamora@quantumunited.com.au so we can ensure that your tenant's information is correctly linked to your lot.

** A friendly reminder that Quantum United Management hold the official records of the Owners Corporation and as such, all changes in contact details must be communicated with our office directly. **

If you are receiving this communication but no longer own a property within the estate, we kindly request that you contact your conveyancer or solicitor and ask them to provide our office with a copy of the Notice of Disposition (NOD). The NOD can be sent to alamora@quantumunited.com.au.

This document will allow us to promptly update our records and ensure that all future correspondence is directed to the appropriate property owner.
