Upcoming Contractor Works - Temporary Closure of Outdoor Areas
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you of upcoming rectification works within the outdoor pool and recreation areas of the Club.
Works Schedule
Rectification works are scheduled to commence on Monday, 4 May 2026, and are expected to take approximately six (6) weeks to complete, subject to weather and site conditions.
Temporary Facility Closures
During this period, the following areas will be temporarily closed:
- Leisure Pool
- Kids’ Splash Pad
- Lawn Area
- BBQ Area
These closures are necessary to ensure the safety of members and contractors while the works are undertaken.
All other areas within the Club, Including the Lap Pool, will be open for members use during this time.
Scope of Works
The works will include:
- Removal and replacement of sections of existing pavement
- Engineering inspections and testing of the affected areas
- Installation of new exposed aggregate surfaces
- Reinstatement of planters, seating, and surrounding features
What to Expect
- Temporary hoarding will be installed to safely separate the construction zone
- Contractor access will be restricted to designated entry points
- Some furniture and fixtures will be relocated during the works
- Adjusted access and exit pathways will be clearly signposted for member safety

- Contractor access for Jardon will be via the two gates on the western side, as shown by the purple line
We are working closely with contractors to minimise disruption wherever possible and will keep members informed of any changes or updates as the project progresses.
