Owners Corporation Budget & Owners Corporation Fees
The Owners Corporation budget was adopted at the AGM, which resulted in the annual contributions for the current financial period totaling $414,024.00 plus GST for the administration fund.
The budget reflects that the annual fees for a standard residential lot are based on lot liability. The table below outlines the estimated annual fee for each lot.
Owners Corporation Committee
