There’s always a buzz around a new term, and Club Alamora is no exception. Term 3 brings a refreshed timetable, a brand-new class, and some favourite sessions moving to new times to better fit your week.
The highlight is a first for our community—a gentle, welcoming class designed for new mums and their little ones. With updated schedules and fresh opportunities to get involved, Term 3 is shaping up to be one of our busiest yet. Whatever your age or pace, there’s something new waiting for you. Here’s what you need to know.
NEW THIS TERM:
Mums & Bubs Yoga
Wednesdays, 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
(from 22 July)
Gentle movement and calm connection for you and your little one. Suitable for mums cleared for exercise post-checkup (6+ weeks, or 8+ weeks post-C-section); bubs from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
